**Device Training Professional Job Description:**

Focusing on delivering exceptional training experiences, we are seeking a skilled Medical Devices Trainer Specialist to work with our clients in Oswestry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in medical device training and contribute to the growth of our team.

**Responsibilities include:**

  • Delivering tailored training sessions for clinical staff on designated medical equipment.
  • Collaborating with OEMs to supplement training on high-risk devices.
  • Ensuring seamless maintenance of the learning management system.
  • Providing guidance on medical device risk assessments.
  • Designing comprehensive training strategies and determining refresher training plans.

**Ideal Candidate Requirements:

To succeed as a Clinical Equipment Educator, you will possess:

  • Hands-on experience with a variety of medical devices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in training delivery, preferably within a clinical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical processes, procedures, and device limitations.

**Total Compensation Package:**

This position comes with a total compensation package of approximately £45,000 per annum, reflecting the value of your expertise and experience.
