A leading position is available for a Clinical Training Specialist to work with our established client in Oswestry, providing medical device training to clinical professionals.

**Job Description:**

  1. Identify medical device training needs for clinical professional users and deliver or facilitate appropriate medical device training
  2. Supplement OEM training on high-risk devices
  3. Maintain the learning management system
  4. Advise and support the medical device risk assessment process
  5. Assist in developing strategies for training
  6. Determine appropriate arrangements for refresher training

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience of, and familiarity with using or training on a range of medical devices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of delivering training, ideally in a clinical setting
  • Good understanding of clinical processes and conditions, and of indications for use of different medical devices and their limitations

We expect the salary for this role to be around £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
