At Skanska UK Plc, we are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Building Services team at Kingsmill Hospital in Mansfield, Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Operational Team at Kings Mill Hospital, Newark General Hospital, and Mansfield Community Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that sub-contractor purchase orders and uplifts are actioned in a timely manner and in line with financial policies. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate databases/spreadsheets related to these activities.

This role requires excellent IT skills, particularly knowledge of Office 365, which would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
