Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the total facilities management (TFM) operations of our healthcare PFI projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of our facilities management services, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and audits of our facilities management contracts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  5. Manage project finances and contractual aspects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project metrics and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a senior management role within facilities management and PFI healthcare contracts, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  2. In-depth knowledge of PFI standards, regulations, and HTMs related to healthcare contracts, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
  4. Strong financial acumen and budget management experience, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
