Job Title: Registered Manager

About Us:

GK Executive Talent Ltd is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy, state-of-the-art healthcare facility. As a leader in the healthcare industry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and ensuring compliance with the latest healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with CQC standards.
  • Staff Management: Manage and mentor staff, oversee HR processes, recruitment, and performance reviews.
  • Audit Preparation: Prepare the facility for audits and external regulatory inspections, working closely with our Governance team.
  • Risk Assessment: Lead site risk assessments, incident reporting, and ensure a safe environment for staff and patients.
  • Health and Safety: Work with the Director of Governance to implement health and safety standards, acting as the Responsible Person for safety on-site.
  • Financial Management: Utilize your financial acumen to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), manage stock, and ensure cost-effective operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing a CQC-regulated healthcare facility (hospital or surgical unit highly preferred).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset to drive high-quality service delivery.
  • Healthcare Background: A healthcare background (RGN or allied healthcare professional is desirable but not essential).
  • Continuous Improvement: A passion for continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance patient care and team performance.
