Pension Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Pension Analyst to join our Reward Team. As a Pension Analyst, you will provide operational support to the Pensions Manager UK&I in relation to all aspects of the Company's Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support to the DB trustee board and its Committees, ensuring effective governance and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain, update, and develop pension plan online document libraries and electronic meeting paper management systems.
- Support on all aspects of operational governance, including monitoring of plan risk registers, annual business plans, conflicts policies, and group life insurance policies.
- Process invoices for timely payment, including professional fees, investment transactions, and monthly plan cashflow rebalancing.
- Liaise with third-party administrators to monitor ongoing work and project delivery, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Provide support to the Pensions Manager on regular and ad-hoc DB projects, including Trustee Effectiveness reviews and Member Nominated Directors (MNDs) selection and appointment.
- Assist in delivering projects to promote high levels of employee understanding and engagement around the DC pension provision.
