Molson Coors Beverage Company is seeking a skilled Pension Analyst to join our Reward Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide operational support to the Pensions Manager UK&I in relation to all aspects of the Company's Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational support to the DB trustee board and its Committees.
- Maintain, update and develop pension plan online document library/archive and electronic meeting paper management.
- Support on all aspects of operational governance, including monitoring of plan's risk register, annual business plan, conflicts policy/conflicts log, group life insurance policy, business as usual guide.
- Own, review and process all invoices to ensure timely payment, including payment of advisers'/suppliers' professional fees, investment transactions in relation to drawdown and disinvestment administration.
- Liaise with third party administrator to monitor ongoing work and project delivery.
- Review and control the administrative quality at both member and pension plan level through regular service delivery meetings, quarterly reports.
- Excellent knowledge of DB and DC pension arrangements and pensions legislation/regulatory framework.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Ability to provide project management support.
