About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical part in delivering our digital ambitions through thorough analysis and understanding of business ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute business analysis activities to drive continuous improvement and project delivery across our core digital platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and validate requirements using business analysis techniques.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in business processes and systems, and design business process improvements.
  • Accurately document requirements and processes, and work with product and project teams to plan business change.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas.
  • Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills, with experience in digital technologies such as web, mobile apps, and customer data platforms.
  • Excellent experience of Agile best practice methodologies and hybrid approaches in a digital environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a hospitality or retail environment, although not essential.
