We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Analyst to join our Reward Team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our team, you will provide operational support to our Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements, ensuring they operate effectively and meet all governance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support the DB trustee board and its Committees in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain pension plan online document libraries and electronic meeting paper management systems to ensure timely updates and access to critical information.
- Monitor and manage operational governance, including risk registers, annual business plans, conflicts policies, and group life insurance policies.
- Process invoices and payments for professional fees, investment transactions, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with third-party administrators to ensure timely delivery of projects and services, including the production of the DB plan's Annual Report and Accounts.
- Provide support to the Pensions Manager in delivering projects, including Trustee Effectiveness reviews and Member Nominated Directors (MNDs) selection and appointment processes.
- Assist in promoting employee understanding and engagement around DC pension provision through roadshows, presentations, and one-to-one meetings.
We are looking for an individual with excellent knowledge of DB and DC pension arrangements, pensions legislation, and regulatory frameworks. You should have experience in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, as well as strong financial acumen and project management skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience in supporting trust-based schemes and knowledge of DC auto-enrollment processes.
