About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Analyst to join our Reward Team at Molson Coors. As a key member of the team, you will provide operational support to the Pensions Manager UK&I in relation to all aspects of the Company's Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the DB trustee board and its Committees, ensuring effective governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain, update, and develop pension plan online document libraries and electronic meeting paper management systems.
  • Support on all aspects of operational governance, including monitoring of plan risk registers, annual business plans, conflicts policies, and group life insurance policies.
  • Own, review, and process all invoices for timely payment, including professional fees and investment transactions.
  • Liaise with third-party administrators to monitor ongoing work and project delivery, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Review and control administrative quality at both member and pension plan levels through regular service delivery meetings and quarterly reports.
  • Provide support to the Pensions Manager on regular and ad-hoc DB projects, including the selection and appointment of Member Nominated Directors (MNDs) and Trustee Effectiveness reviews.
  • Assist in delivering projects to promote high levels of employee understanding and engagement around the DC pension provision.

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent knowledge of DB and DC pension arrangements and pensions legislation/regulatory frameworks. You should have experience in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to deal with employees at all levels, as well as Trustees and management.

Requirements

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to provide project management support.
  • Experience of supporting the management of trust-based schemes and knowledge of DC auto-enrollment processes.
