As a Business Analyst on a fixed-term contract, your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and documenting the business requirements and objectives from clients and stakeholders.
- Converting business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for the technical team.
- Assessing and validating technical solutions against business expectations and criteria.
- Performing feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and impact analyses for proposed solutions.
- Developing and maintaining various artifacts such as business process models, use cases, user stories, wireframes, data models, diagrams, and reports.
- Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for technical deliverables.
- Providing training, support, and documentation for end-users and the technical team.
- Overseeing and monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Communicating project status, issues, and risks to management and stakeholders.
- Staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
- Documenting a comprehensive process for the creation of a new brand, including key deliverables and dependencies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience in document management and process mapping.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to directors.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis, project management, or related fields are advantageous.
- A solid understanding of how IT can enhance the hospitality sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business domains, processes, and systems.
- Proficiency in various business analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel and Visio.

Qualifications- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a retail or similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
