Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Data Analyst to join our team at Greene King, the country's leading pub company and brewer. As a key member of our workforce analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining models that determine labor hours for our pubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date system configuration and workload rules, diagnosing and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Play a critical role in the annual budgeting process, working closely with finance to provide forecasted hours by pub, backed up with clear rationale and commentary.
- Conduct analysis on deployment, running scenario modeling, highlighting opportunities and risks, and building business cases for change.
- Work with third-party IT solution providers to influence and implement the development roadmap.
Requirements:
- Advanced Excel user with strong practical VBA coding skills.
- Strong experience working with data and generating insights in an analytical-oriented role, particularly around budgeting, forecasting, and impact analysis.
- Advanced Excel user, VBA coding, M Language/Power Queries, Power BI, and DAX coding.
