About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team at Greene King, the country's leading pub company and brewer. As a Digital Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our digital teams to discover optimised and effective operations and platforms across 20+ brands and numerous channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, update, and optimize specific reporting solutions across various digital touchpoints, encompassing websites, apps, social platforms, CRM, and more, to generate an omnichannel perspective.
  • Utilise reports and visualizations for effective communication of findings and insights to stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategies for optimising digital channels.
  • Infuse a customer-centric focus into reporting and analysis to enhance customer experience and foster a customer-first approach across all digital channels.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mobile app and digital analytics.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Digital/ Web Analyst (ideally experience in Digital/ Web analytics or Customer reporting)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse complex data sets
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4 preferably), GTM, Big Query, SQL, Microsoft Clarity/Hot Jar, and other similar tools
  • Knowledge of digital analytics, AB testing, and industry trends.
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
