Data Analyst: Excel Power BI

As a key member of our analytics team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our loyalty program is customer-centric and data-driven. Your expertise in analytics software and data visualization will help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and evolution of loyalty analytics within Greene King.
- Collaborate with the loyalty analytics manager to represent the analytics team in the loyalty transformation program.
- Utilize reporting and deep dive insights to tell compelling stories to the business, ensuring impactful action is taken from data and analysis.
- Review data quality of all loyalty data sources to ensure reporting and analysis are robust and accurate.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of how to use data and insight to spot trends and opportunities to drive marketing objectives.
- Expertise in analytics software and packages (SQL, Python, Databricks, GCP, etc.).
- Expertise in data visualization and associated software packages (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Expertise in statistical modeling with complex data.
- Great understanding of different digital channels.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
