We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Performance Analytics Specialist to join our team at Bleckmann. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and reporting to support business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and support Data and Systems Analysts in their roles
- Ensure the quality of key business reports, including QBR, MBR, KPI, and OTIF
- Produce data and reports that meet predefined standards, including naming conventions, data sources, and dashboard templates
- Train Operations Super Users on data and reporting best practices
- Facilitate the achievement of set KPIs throughout the warehouse through systemic solutions and data-driven decision making
- Identify and resolve issues through data analysis and provide solutions
- Work closely with operational managers to ensure daily and weekly planning is effective
- Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings and provide feedback on KPI performance
- Contribute to event planning and execution
- Communicate changes in WMS systems to the BI Team and escalate to the Central BI Team
- Tell a data story based on knowledge of specific clients
- Be involved in the project lifecycle from a data and systems perspective
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau
- Ability to work flexible hours
