Senior Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Planning Analyst to enhance the output of our multiple KPIs, support client reporting, and deliver operational and managerial information in a timely manner.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with a reasonable level of engagement with clients and internal departments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysis of volume forecasts and calculation of resource requirements.
  • Overseeing the measurement and reporting of Planned vs Actual data, effectively communicating recommendations for accuracy improvements.
  • Agile approach to changing seasonal requirements.
  • Undertaking and supporting projects as required.
  • Presentation of data to the client and senior management.
  • Liaising and supporting the Store/Showroom planning team as required.
  • Analyse performance data, identify opportunities for improvement and support the operational and management teams in making informed decisions.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational success will be monitored and reported on, shaping operational KPIs to ensure the best metrics are being driven.

The ideal candidate will have commercial awareness, be detail-oriented, and challenge the norm from the data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other query languages is required. Project experience is also essential.
