About the Role

Burton and South Derbyshire College is a forward-thinking institution seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence leader to provide operational leadership and management for the College's Management Information Systems (MIS) and Examinations function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a professional team to maintain an exemplary standard in the management of data, examinations, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure the delivery of a responsive, effective, and efficient MIS service that supports the College's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive institutional success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
