Job Title: Head of Business Intelligence

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to provide operational leadership and management for the College's Management Information Systems (MIS) and Examinations function. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of a responsive, effective, and efficient MIS service that supports the College's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a professional team to maintain an exemplary standard in the management of data, examinations, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure the delivery of a responsive, effective, and efficient MIS service that supports the College's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain the College's MIS and examinations systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience of managing a team and leading projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
