We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Analyst to join our Reward Team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our team, you will provide operational support to the DB trustee board and its Committees, ensuring effective governance and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support to the DB trustee board and its Committees, including monitoring of plan's risk register, annual business plan, conflicts policy/conflicts log, group life insurance policy, and business as usual guide.
- Maintain, update, and develop pension plan online document library/archive and electronic meeting paper management to ensure it remains up to date with all plan documentation.
- Support on all aspects of operational governance, including reviewing and processing all invoices to ensure timely payment, and liaising with third-party administrators to monitor ongoing work and project delivery.
- Review and control the administrative quality at both member and pension plan level through regular service delivery meetings, quarterly reports, and identify and escalate issues to Pensions Manager.
- Provide support to the Pensions Manager as required in relation to regular and ad-hoc DB projects, including the process to select and appoint Member Nominated Directors (MNDs), carry out Trustee Effectiveness reviews, and assist in the delivery of projects to promote high levels of employee understanding and engagement around the DC pension provision.
We are looking for an individual with excellent knowledge of DB and DC pension arrangements and pensions legislation/regulatory framework. You will have experience of relationship management with internal and external stakeholders and ability to deal with employees at all levels as well as Trustees and management. Strong financial acumen and ability to provide project management support are also essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience of supporting the management of trust-based schemes and knowledge of DC auto-enrollment processes.
