Leadership and Management Coach Role in Milton Keynes, UK
We are looking for a skilled Leadership and Management Coach to develop and deliver high-quality training programmes for our Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programme.
Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering learning programmes that cater to the needs of learners, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback using e-portfolios.
- Design and deliver bespoke learning programmes to equip learners with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours for their Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programme.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop targeted interventions to address these.
- Use industry-recognised tools and techniques to assess learner performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Work closely with learners to understand their goals and aspirations, and tailor your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into your coaching sessions.
- Prioritise learner progression and achievement, and take proactive steps to overcome any barriers to success.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attainment, and contribute to the evaluation and improvement of our Leadership and Management Programme.
- Support the development of our Leadership and Management Programme through participation in CPD activities and contributing to the design and delivery of new initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- A qualified trainer and assessor with experience of Level 3 and 5 Apprenticeships and Qualifications.
- Strong industry competence and experience in a senior management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent written skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and documents.
