Research Manager for Strategic Partnerships

As a key member of the Programme Delivery team, the Programme Delivery Research Manager will play a pivotal role in activating research activities that inform the Leadership Skills Foundation's strategic goals. This role will require collaboration with various departments to support the development of accessible and inclusive leadership programmes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading research projects, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage research and impact projects to support programme delivery strategic goals.
- Develop and manage research proposals and methodologies to address strategic goals.
- Present research findings and actionable recommendations to the Leadership Team and external partners.
