Job Description

We are seeking a talented Vendor Contracts Associate to join our team at Medical Research Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the search and qualification of new vendors, analysing data to inform decisions, and managing meetings between MRN colleagues and vendor personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for new vendors to meet MRN requirements and forecast demands
  • Manage vendor qualification and onboarding activities effectively and within specified timelines
  • Partner with vendors to collate and review required documentation
  • Ongoing management of vendor performance, driving improvements and escalating risks where required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of vendor management and procurement processes
  • Ability to professionally influence internal stakeholders and effectively engage with external vendors
  • Ability to effectively interpret data and present back in an articulate and professional manner
  • Prior experience with MS Office is essential, with exposure to Salesforce desirable
