We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join FBSPL's team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support, welcoming tour attendees, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome Tour Attendees: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and tour attendees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Meeting Coordination and Setup: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and relevant documents in advance, book meeting rooms, set up equipment, and arrange refreshments and catering where necessary.
  • General Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases, and perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
