About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Community Mental Health Worker to join our CAMHS team at West London NHS Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with families and young people to provide specialist assessment and intervention for complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist assessment and intervention for young people aged 12-18
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, social services, and other local agencies
  • Participate in service evaluation and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of child and adolescent development
  • Experience of working in a community setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals

Salary and Benefits:
