Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Richmond. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and SENDCo to provide dedicated support to students, focusing on improving communication, social skills, and self-confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support strategies for students with varying needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Work effectively in collaboration with the teaching team to provide tailored support.
Requirements: You must hold a minimum 2:1 Psychology degree from a recognized UK university and be enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting the mental health and development of children.
