About the Apprenticeship

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading drive manufacturing company as a Business Administration Apprentice.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our procurement, project management office, and HR teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with procurement activities, including auditing documents and contracts, building relationships with vendors, and reviewing records to improve work processes.
  • Scheduling meetings, maintaining task logs, and supporting project managers in the Project Management Office.
  • Compiling employee records, supporting HR-related training programs, and entering data into computer databases in the HR Office.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop practical skills, participate in classes and other relevant learning experiences, and gain experience in a supportive and safe environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A good standard of education, preferably with maths and English GCSEs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including being approachable and ready to listen.
  • An enthusiasm for developing new skills and taking on new challenges.
  • Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Benefits

This apprenticeship offers a competitive salary of £21,000 per annum, a 3-year learning contract, and opportunities for progression and career development within the company.

You will also have access to comprehensive training and support, including a Level 2 Business Administration qualification with Cambrian Training Company Ltd.
