About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Projects team at Vacancy ID: 5471. This will involve assisting with procurement activities, including gathering information on sellers and assisting in building relationships with external vendors.



Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with the procurement process, including gathering information on sellers and suppliers.
  2. Support the development and maintenance of procurement records and databases.
  3. Assist with the scheduling of meetings and appointments for the Procurement and Projects team.
  4. Provide administrative support for project management activities, including maintaining task lists and issue logs.
  5. Assist with the completion of cost and time sheets for projects and recording project purchases.
  6. Support the development of project schedules and plans, including updating project documentation and entering data for PMO reports.


Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English. They will be able to work effectively in a team, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
