Business Administration Support Professional

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Projects team at Vacancy ID: 5471. This will involve assisting with procurement activities, including gathering information on sellers and assisting in building relationships with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the procurement process, including gathering information on sellers and suppliers.
- Support the development and maintenance of procurement records and databases.
- Assist with the scheduling of meetings and appointments for the Procurement and Projects team.
- Provide administrative support for project management activities, including maintaining task lists and issue logs.
- Assist with the completion of cost and time sheets for projects and recording project purchases.
- Support the development of project schedules and plans, including updating project documentation and entering data for PMO reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English. They will be able to work effectively in a team, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
