About the Role

Cranstoun is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Property Facilitator to join our Care, Quality and Governance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in delivering our Quality and Governance strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Health, Safety and Property Manager in providing comprehensive health and safety support to the organisation.
  • Advise team members on health and safety policies and processes, promoting a culture of best practice.
  • Help deliver health and safety objectives and facilitate compliance with relevant legislation and Cranstoun policies.
  • Be a strong role model of the Cranstoun values: ambitious, creative, compassionate, collaborative and respectful.
  • Have excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
