Health and Safety Specialist

A new opportunity has arisen for a Health, Safety and Property Facilitator to join the Care, Quality and Governance Team at Cranstoun. This role will play a key part in the delivery of the Quality and Governance strategy.
As Health, Safety and Property Facilitator, you will support the Health, Safety and Property Manager in providing high quality health and safety support to the organisation.
Key responsibilities include supporting safety and compliance communication, advising team members on health and safety policies and processes, and promoting a culture of best practice.
You will also be a strong role model of the Cranstoun values: ambitious, creative, compassionate, collaborative and respectful.
Essential skills include excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, and the ability to self-manage and work independently.
Experience of working within the health and social care sector is advantageous.
