Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Assistant to join our team in Melksham. As a key member of the sk:n team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to prepare theatres for minor operations, assist during procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

About the Role
As a Theatre Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Preparing theatres to ensure they are ready for minor operations
• Assisting doctors during procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and documents
• Cleaning down theatres and equipment at the end of the day
• Conducting stock checks of clinical consumables
• Providing administrative support as required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
• Previous experience within an operating theatre
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to absorb and convey complex technical information
• Adaptable approach with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Confidence and professionalism, with excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
