Resilience Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Healthcare Assistant Day to join their team. As a key member of the care staff, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the work of care assistants and home carers, ensuring the highest standard of care for our service users.
This rewarding role involves attending to the personal needs and comforts of elderly and infirm individuals with care and support needs within residential care establishments or in their own homes. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of care assistants to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to write and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure and heart rate, to identify potential health risks.
- Record patient medication accurately and securely.
- Plan and lead engaging activities for service users to promote social interaction and well-being.
- Provide updates on patient progress to families and caregivers.
- Mentor and train new staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
Estimated Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
