Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Professional to join our dedicated team supporting individuals living in one of our registered homes in Melksham. As a key member of the team, you will provide vital support in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment.


About the Role


As a Housing Support Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Maintaining a clean and organized home environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Supporting individuals to access community resources, engage in leisure activities, and promote their independence
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care plans

To be successful in this role, you should possess:



  • A genuine passion for working with vulnerable adults and promoting their well-being
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
