**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Executive Support Professional to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to senior management and leadership teams. This will include diary management, travel arrangements, email screening, minute taking, and general correspondence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Diary management and coordination of appointments.
- Travel arrangement and expense management.
- Email screening and response.
- Minute taking and recording of meetings.
- General administration and support to senior management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
