Premises Manager

About the RoleAcademics Ltd is currently looking for a skilled Premises Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school premises. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, managing workload effectively, and ensuring the health and safety of staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the health and safety of the school premises
  • Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Hold a valid Enhanced DBS

Requirements:The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to adapt to changing circumstances, and possess a strong understanding of health and safety procedures. A background in facilities management or a related field would be advantageous.

Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
