We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to our customers.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable individuals, delivering structured support and risk management, and possessing a caring and empathetic nature. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and confidence in decision-making.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating referrals into our service, assessing potential new customers, and contributing to the delivery of a housing management service. You will also work closely with customers to maintain a safe environment, report repairs and health and safety concerns, and develop local partnerships to provide a holistic range of support.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,965.41 per annum, with opportunities for progression to £27,112.48 per annum after 18 months of successful performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working options, investment in learning and technology, and a wide range of employee benefits.
