Job Title: HR Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Interaction - Huntingdon. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews and creating job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 3 or studying towards it.
  • Experience in HR Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
