Job Title: Parts Sales Executive

Description:

Volkswagen Group is seeking a talented Parts Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in building strong relationships to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base
  • Provide expert advice to customers on parts selection
  • Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set
  • Communicate promptly with customers regarding their credit status
  • Assist the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong attention to detail.
