We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving complex issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and resolve complex issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop.
  • Work collaboratively with the 1st Line Support Team to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology stack and industry-leading technical accreditations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in technical support and issue resolution.
  • Industry-leading technical accreditations and a passion for technology and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A valid UK driving license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
