Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in IT support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
