Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Nursery Care Practitioner to join our team.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education to children from birth to 5 years old.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, facilitating open communication about their child's development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
