Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nursery Care Practitioner to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education to children from birth to 5 years old.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
  • Observe and assess children's development and progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, facilitating open communication about their child's development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
