About the Position:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met. You will work closely with parents and colleagues to create a warm and inclusive environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan and implement stimulating activities that cater to children's diverse needs and interests.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting your approach to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, sharing progress with parents and relevant stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of £24,500 - £29,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a term-time-only schedule for a healthy work-life balance. Our nursery prides itself on being a supportive and collaborative community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Essential Qualifications:- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working in a nursery or similar early years setting.
- Current DBS check on the Update Service.
