About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met. You will work closely with parents and colleagues to create a warm and inclusive environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and implement stimulating activities that cater to children's diverse needs and interests.
  2. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  3. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting your approach to ensure optimal outcomes.
  4. Maintain accurate records of children's development, sharing progress with parents and relevant stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of £24,500 - £29,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a term-time-only schedule for a healthy work-life balance. Our nursery prides itself on being a supportive and collaborative community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working in a nursery or similar early years setting.
  • Current DBS check on the Update Service.
