Nursery Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced childcare professional to join our team as a Childcare and Learning Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, with a focus on their individual needs and development. Your duties will include creating a safe and inclusive environment, planning and delivering engaging activities, and observing and assessing children's progress. You will also be required to build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, and ensure compliance with all nursery policies and safeguarding practices.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and education to our children. You will work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities, and participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and experience required for this role include a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare, experience working with children in a nursery setting, knowledge of the EYFS framework, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus benefits.
