Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Living Support: Assist clients with essential daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their personal hygiene and dignity are preserved.
  • Medication Management: Oversee and administer medications according to prescriptions, ensuring clients stay on track with their medication schedules.
  • Companionship: Offer emotional support and engage clients in enriching activities and conversations to enhance their overall well-being.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to clients' dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Household Maintenance: Handle light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a deep desire to make a positive difference in others' lives. A valid driver's license is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • We offer an attractive compensation package of £925 per week, paid every Friday, along with a £50 weekly meal allowance.
  • You'll receive up to £50 reimbursement for travel costs and benefit from weekly in-person support and supervision from our dedicated care managers at the client's home.
  • Additional benefits include emergency assistance, a referral bonus, Blue Light Card discounts, and generous time off with 28 days of paid holiday each year.
