Care Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team in Farnham, Farnborough, Fleet and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
- As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
- You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- You will also be responsible for administering medication, assisting with daily living activities, and providing emotional support and companionship.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.00-£17.00, depending on the time of day and your level of experience.
- Paid mileage and travel time between client visits at 45p per mile and £10.42 per hour, respectively.
- A comprehensive training program that includes a free Enhanced DBS check, and opportunities for overtime.
- A referral bonus scheme, where you can earn a reward for referring friends or family members who become clients.
Requirements:
- You must be over 18 years old and have a valid driving license and own car.
- You should have good English skills and a kind, reliable nature.
- Experience in a care setting is beneficial but not essential, as we provide full training, mentoring, and support.
