We provide free induction training and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Our carer house offers free accommodation during training, ensuring you feel at home while learning.You will receive local 24/7 support from our experienced team, providing reassurance and guidance whenever needed.A free DBS check is provided to ensure your safety and security in this role.Our Employee Assistance Programme offers confidential telephone support, allowing you to maintain your mental wellbeing.We are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer, committed to creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential.With longer placements available, you can build meaningful relationships with our clients and enjoy flexibility in your work schedule.This live-in care position requires hands-on experience in caring for others and the ability to work independently. If you have a background in live-in care, domiciliary care, or similar roles, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will be able to commit to living with their client for a minimum of 10-12 weeks, although many of our caregivers choose to stay longer before taking extended breaks. You must also be willing to travel to your client's home within a 70-mile radius of Oxford.
