Domestic Abuse Awareness Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Diversity & Inclusion Training Specialist. In this role, you will co-deliver training programs, facilitate workshops, and provide support to our team members and volunteers. Your primary focus will be on promoting diversity and inclusion within our organization and the community we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Co-facilitate Domestic Abuse Awareness programs both online and face-to-face
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training content
- Participate in quarterly meetings with other volunteers locally
Training and Development:
Our comprehensive training program includes 12 weeks of instruction, consisting of 10 virtual training days and online learning modules (approximately 35 hours). You will also be part of the DBS update service. This will not only equip you with the necessary skills but also demonstrate our commitment to your growth and development.
