We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team at Applause IT Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, leveraging your expertise with Microsoft products, Windows and Mac operating systems, and network troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting client hardware and software faults
  • Managing Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online and SharePoint
  • Troubleshooting network issues (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing)
  • Configuring mobile devices and VoIP systems

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a technical role working with Microsoft products such as Intune
  • Experience with Windows and Mac client operating systems
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows Server (2012 R2 onward)
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP solutions and Office 365 administration

Desirable skills include exposure to Microsoft Azure Services, MSP experience, and knowledge of cyber security.
