Job Summary:

Omega Resource Group is seeking a skilled Technical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities across England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for our 8 UK sites.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including site managers and engineers.
  • Travel between sites, which may require time away from home.
  • Perform reactive and planned maintenance, including completing work orders and reporting faults on the CMMS.
  • Assist with maintenance projects and support sites when engineers are unavailable.
  • Review and control the computerized maintenance management system, including compliance.
  • Order and maintain spare parts, including critical spares.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of yourself and your team.
  • Work with quality, operations, and sales functions to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance operations and technical maintenance.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CMMS systems and maintenance management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
