About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the international expansion of Axon Evidence Local, our on-premises digital evidence management solution. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing competitive insights and collaborating with international sales and sales engineering teams to secure new business opportunities.

Your Impact
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Axon Evidence Local features and become a trusted resource for sales, professional services, and technical support teams on product inquiries.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand competitor offerings and develop strategies to enhance Axon Evidence Local's competitiveness.
  • Work with Axon Evidence Local customers to understand their current needs, challenges, and objectives for migrating to the cloud.
  • Conduct product training sessions with various teams at Axon, including Sales, Proposals, Professional Services, and Support, as well as with customers to enhance product adoption and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of product management experience, preferably with exposure to enterprise software solutions or digital evidence management systems.
  • Proven ability to write clear, precise, and compelling technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in delivering IT projects, with a plus for projects involving data migration or large-scale software deployments.
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
