Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the establishment of UK entities
  • Draft initial board resolutions and accompanying documentation
  • Oversee and ensure timely submission of annual statutory obligations
  • Maintain corporate records and information management systems
  • Manage correspondence and conduct proactive follow-ups

What You Need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in an administrative capacity within Corporate Governance, legal, or compliance sectors
  • A genuine passion for corporate governance law and practices
  • Professional attitude and a commitment to team collaboration

Hybrid Working Model

After the initial onboarding period, this Corporate Governance Administration Assistant role will offer a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
